With our monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed. This way, you're only paying for design services when you have active projects.

Once subscribed, feel free to add as many design requests as you like to your backlog. Just prioritize the next one by moving it to the current task column, and we'll begin immediately.

On average, most requests are completed within two days or less. However, more complex requests may require additional time.

Surprisingly, Nominal operates as an agency with senior designers. This means you'll directly collaborate with skilled professional. For power-ups like animations, custom illustrations, and web development, we partner with other specialized designers.

We understand that you may not always have enough design work to fill an entire month. If you currently have only one or two design requests, you can use our Basic Subscription Plan or pause your monthly subscription.

Billing cycles are based on a 30-day period. For example, if you use the service for 14 days and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be halted. You will have 16 days of service remaining to use whenever you need them in the future.

Please note that a subscription can be paused for a maximum of 6 months. After this period, the subscription will be automatically terminated.

Just send us an email at subscriptions@nominal.agency to let us know you would like to put your subscription on hold. Shortly afterward, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your subscription has been paused and stating the number of days of service remaining.

It depends on the task; we primarily use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Affter Effects, PremierPro and Figma.

Absolutely! Nominal does not handle the following types of design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
