Once subscribed, feel free to add as many design requests as you like to your backlog. Just prioritize the next one by moving it to the current task column, and we'll begin immediately.

Surprisingly, Nominal operates as an agency with senior designers. This means you'll directly collaborate with skilled professional. For power-ups like animations, custom illustrations, and web development, we partner with other specialized designers.

We understand that you may not always have enough design work to fill an entire month. If you currently have only one or two design requests, you can pause your subscription.

Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 14 days and then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be halted. You'll have 17 days of service remaining to use whenever you need them in the future.

Just send us an email at subscriptions@nominal.agency to let us know you want to put your subscription on hold. Shortly afterward, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your subscription is paused and stating the number of days of service remaining.

It depends on the task; we primarily use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Affter Effects, PremierPro and Figma.

Absolutely! Nominal does not handle the following types of design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).

No worries! Once your request is completed, you can pause your subscription and come back whenever you have more design needs. Your remaining subscription time won't go to waste—keep it for when you need it next!
